      Hydrated Pea Protein Blend (water, Pea Protein), Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavors, Sweet Potato Puree, Butternut Squash Puree, Carrot Puree, Methyl Cellulose, Oat Fiber, Sea Salt, Fruit And Vegetable Juices (colors), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder

      Cooking Instructions: Food food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not leave appliances unattended as cooking times may vary. Keep frozen prior to use. Skillet (Preferred Method): Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Place frozen burger on pan, cover, and cook for approximately 11 minutes. Uncover, flip, and cook for an additional 10 minutes until surface is lightly browned and burger is heated through. Grill: Preheat grill on medium-high heat. Grill burger for 8 minutes. Carefully flip and cook for an additional 8 minutes until heated through and browned as desired. Oven/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to bake at 425 degrees F. Place frozen burger on a baking tray and cook for approximately 12 minutes per side, until surface is lightly browned and burger is heated through.

      Keep frozen.
