      Semolina Wheat & Lupini Beans

      Directions

      1. Boil water in a large pot, about 3.5 quarts per 12 oz pasta.

      2. Add salt to taste, about 2 tbsp.

      3. Add pasta to boiling water and stir.

      4. Cook to desired bite: ~9-11 min.

      5. Strain, don’t rinse. A little pasta water in with the sauce is part of the magic!

      6. Pro tip: sauté pasta in sauce, ~1 min.
