Cooking instructions: Step 1: Select number of servings. 2 serving; 1/4 box pasta; 1 qt. water; 1 tsp salt. 4 servings; 1/2 box pasta; 2 qts. water; 2 tsps salt. 8 servings; 1 box pasta; 4 qts. water; 1 tbsp salt. Step 2: Pick Your Time/Firmness: 9 minutes - al dente. 10 minutes - firm. 11 minutes - tender. Step 3: Cooking Directions: 1. Bring water to a rapid boil. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt (optional). 2. Add pasta and stir; return to rapid boil. 3. Cook uncovered, 9 - 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Immediately drain in colander. Serve as desired. Storage: To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil. cover, and refrigerate.
